Ready-to-use solution, 250 µg/ml, in TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0).
DNA Molecular Weight Marker for agarose gels; simplifies accurate molecular weight determination of double-stranded DNA fragments generated by:
- Restriction digests
- PCR
- RT-PCR
Note: Use this marker to size DNA fragments between 0.15 and 2.1 kbp.
