Expand High Fidelity PCR System is a mixture of Taq DNA polymerase and a DNA polymerase with proofreading activity for high yield and fidelity. It is optimized for PCR of DNA fragments up to 5 kb.
Use 2.6 U for a standard 50 µl PCR.
Volume activity: 3.5 U/μl

The Expand High Fidelity PCR System is an enzyme blend containing Taq DNA Polymerase and a polymerase with proofreading activity for robust PCR. Twofold higher yield and threefold greater fidelity are obtained compared to Taq DNA Polymerase. Use Expand High Fidelity PCR System for:
- PCR up to 5 kb
- RT-PCR up to 5 kb
