- 关于血清的沉淀 很多时候，我们会发现血清融化后有沉淀，从而怀疑血清的质量问题，这是没有根据的。 血清中的沉淀是由纤维蛋白的凝聚产生，而纤维蛋白对细胞营养没有作用，所以纤维蛋白的析出对血清质量没有任何影响，沉淀的产生原因很多，和厂家的加工生产方式密切相关。 有些血清，由于在生产过程中经过多次冻融，每次冻融过程，就会析出部分纤维蛋白沉淀，这样，血清成品过滤后看起来反而更加的“干净”，很少有沉淀产生。有些血清，过滤分装前很少会反复冻融，生产后的成品也是清澈的，但随着时间的推移，血清中的大量纤维蛋白会析出形成沉淀。 血清出厂后都是冰冻状态，使用时需要融化，融化过程最好在温度较低的状态下慢慢进行，否则沉淀相对较多，虽然沉淀并不直接影响血清的质量，但对细胞的显微观察有一定的阻碍。所以我们建议血清完全解冻后做一次低转速离心，倒取上清液使用，这对血清的质和量都不会有影响。
