Description
Insectra Sf is a serum-free, protein-free medium without animal-derived components. Developed to support ultra-high-density suspension cultures of Sf9, Sf21, and High Five™ cells, it delivers consistent performance in baculovirus-based recombinant protein expression – especially for subunit and virus-like particle (VLP) vaccine production.

The formulation includes 10 mM L-glutamine and Pluronic™ to enhance cell protection and process robustness under stress. Insectra Sf delivers highly consistent performance for reliable biomanufacturing workflows.
