稳定型谷氨酰胺（也称为L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺溶液）是L-谷氨酰胺的直接替代品。L-谷氨酰胺是一种必需氨基酸，是培养基的关键组分之一，也是培养细胞的主要能量来源。
液体培养基中的L-谷氨酰胺在+37°C培养条件下降解速度相对较快，其产生的有毒降解产物（铵离子）会干扰细胞生长并对细胞造成损伤。
稳定型谷氨酰胺是一种稳定的L-谷氨酰胺二肽形式。与L-谷氨酰胺不同，稳定型谷氨酰胺不会自发分解形成氨。相反，细胞会根据需要裂解二肽键以释放L-谷氨酰胺。这种机制防止了废弃物的积累，并在长期培养过程中持续提供新鲜的L-谷氨酰胺。

Stable Glutamine (also known as L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine Solution) is a direct substitute for L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is an essential amino acid that is a crucial component of culture media and serves as a major energy source for cells in culture.
L-Glutamine in liquid media degrades relatively rapidly when cultured at +37 °C and toxic degradation products (ammonium ions) can interfere and cause damage to cells.
Stable Glutamine is a stable dipeptide form of L-Glutamine. Unlike L-Glutamine, Stable Glutamine does not spontaneously break down to form ammonia. Instead, cells cleave the dipeptide bond to release L-Glutamine as needed. This system prevents waste build-up and maintains a fresh supply of L-Glutamine during long-term cultures.
This product, L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine Solution, is prepared in cell culture-grade water and comes at a concentration of 200 mM.
